Welcome to the Over Haddon Village Hall website.

Over Haddon's Village Hall is held in trust "...for the purpose of physical and mental training and recreation and social moral and intellectual development through the medium of reading and recreation rooms library lectures classes recreations and entertainments or otherwise as may be found expedient for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Parish of Over Haddon in the County of Derbyshire and its immediate vicinity without distinction of sex or of political religious or other opinions subject to  the provisions of these presents".

Over Haddon Village Hall is administrered by a Management Committee of local volunteers who, like their predecessors since 1949, have invested their time and efforts to provide a whole range of recreations, entertainments, training classes and social events.

Regular events include the Book Club, Film Club, Indoor Bowls, Keep Fit and Photo Club.  The committee also organise a range of other social events, B-B-Qs, Treasure Hunts, Plays, Musicals and Concerts throughout the year.

Over Haddon Village Hall can be hired for private functions and there is discounted charges for local residents.
